DxSale service fees are competitive and anti dump

Any fees collected by our launchpad services such as token fee cannot be dumped by default. If you are on mobile you can find the same Connect Wallet Button on the top right hand corner of the mobile website.

Once you click connect wallet on browser you will be greeted by this DxSale Wallet modal.

You can easily click and choose which wallet to connect to via browser by clicking any one of the 4 choices in the browser extensions section.

Clicking Wallet Connect will give you a QR code which then you can scan from your mobile wallet to connect easily.

# Buying Tokens

This is a how to guide for buying tokens on DxSale Presales

Buying tokens on DxSale is as easy as counting 1-2-3... To buy a presale that you like on [https://dx.app/](https://dx.app/?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB) or <https://dxsale.app/>[ ](https://dxsale.app/?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB)- simply navigate to the dashboard by clicking View Sales button or View Sales on home page as shown below:

You will be then presented by the dashboard where you can click any of the sales that you like such as follows:

Once you click any of the cards you will be greeted by this page.&#x20;

You should check the minimum or maximum amount of contribution that you are allowed per buy. Then you can put the amount on the Amount text box and click buy. Follow the wallet prompt to complete the transaction on your browser or on your mobile phone.


# How to do your own research before buying

It's important to be aware that the cryptocurrency space still has its fair share of bad actors. To assist new investors, we have compiled a useful list highlighting key warning signs to watch out for. Please note that this is not professional financial advice.

**Indications of a bad project**

* Really high hardcaps for meme projects.
* Long presale end times of more than two weeks are generally suspicious, except for projects that have already proven to be trustworthy.
* Avoid anything that has a softcap that is less than half the hardcap
* Avoid anything with a higher DEX listing rate than presale rate -> The price for the token will be cheaper on the DEX.
* Avoid anything that has a DEX listing rate that is half or less of the presale rate -> You get fewer tokens per BNB on the DEX than presale.

**- Whitepaper/Techpaper**

Most projects use whitepapers to introduce their token to the masses, but not all whitepapers are created equally. If a whitepaper consists of only two pages filled to the brim with buzzwords, you’re probably looking at something too grand to be true. If you happen to find one with a sound argument, technical analysis, and a potential use case without the flashiness of marketing-speak, there might be more to it.

**- Who’s the team behind the project?**

Imagine earning a stellar reputation through hard, honest work. Now imagine losing it all, just because you wanted to make an extra buck by scamming other people. Doesn’t make much sense, right? People with a good track record have skin in the game and thus are likely less incentivized to just take the money and run. Check if there is any information (e.g. LinkedIn) available and if they have been involved in other projects before.

**- Professional online presence**

Creating a proper online presence takes time and effort. This correlates with higher costs to the project. Scams are usually designed to be as low-cost/high-yield as possible, so homepages are oftentimes not a priority. That doesn’t mean scammers don’t have them, but most of them are at best rudimentary.

**Pro tip:** A lot of scammers just recycle the assets used for their homepages. If you experience a mild case of déjà-vu, be more vigilant.

**- Active community support / Voice and video chats**

All scammers are liars, but luckily, most of them are really bad at it. Being able to constantly convince people about the alleged greatness of a foul project is a tall order. So most sketchy projects avoid active community support altogether to dodge the sustained scrutiny that comes with it. If you still get the opportunity and have doubts: **Feel free to ask hard questions.**

**-Web Resources for Research**

There are many useful websites for investigating projects. If you want to check for possible rug pulls we recommend sites like “[tokensniffer](https://tokensniffer.com/)”, “[bscheck](https://www.bscheck.eu/)”, or “[poocoin](https://poocoin.app/)”. Just insert the contract address of the project and let the results speak for themselves. Another important metric is how many tokens sit in how many, or few, wallets. To check for that you can use “[bscscan](https://bscscan.com/)” or “[etherscan](https://etherscan.io/)” with the same method. Too many big wallets mean a higher chance of big dumps. So be aware of that.\

**Emergency Withdraw:**

This will allow any user to withdraw their contributions up until the last 10 minutes of a DxLaunch Sale or prior to a sale being finalized. Withdrawing contributions early will cost a 20% fee which will be deposited to the buyback and burn contract. The purpose of the function should only be used in an extreme scenario and will relieve pressure on users flooding our social media chats to request cancellation. All users now have multiple opportunities to research and re-think their investment prior to the finalization. The responsibility will now be 100% on the user to make a well-researched decision on their investment. The fee is necessary to prevent abuse of the feature.


# Emergency Withdrawal

Emergency withdrawal is a feature that can be used anytime while a presale is still live (10 minutes prior to end). Note that this feature is different from normal withdrawal when a sale is cancelled!

### When should I use emergency withdraw?

The emergency withdraw feature should only be utilized if you are experiencing doubts about your contribution during an ongoing presale. However, it should not be used if the sale is likely to fail regardless, as you will be subject to a fee for doing so. It is important to carefully consider your decision before utilizing this feature.

### When can I use emergency withdraw?

Anytime until the last 10 Minutes BEFORE a Presale timer runs out. If the presale fails or looks like it will fail we recommend to wait until the sale timer ends. At the end of a failed sale you will be able to withdraw your contribution without any fees.

### Why is there a fee to emergency withdraw?

Implementing a fee structure is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our features and preventing abuse by users. Without fees, users may engage in disruptive behavior, such as last-minute withdrawals, without any repercussions, potentially causing sales to fail. This fee structure ensures that users are held accountable for their actions and that the platform operates smoothly.

# Standard Presale Tutorial

Presale or standard presale is very simple type of presale, once you list your presale, buyers can buy the token from you at a presale rate of your choice which is then listed on a DEX at a listing rate of your choice.&#x20;

* I did NOT renounce ownership of my contract.

**Creating the presale steps**

Once you click Create your IDO, you will be greeted with the following steps and then select Presale.

Presale Rate is the rate at which users get your token when they pay with native token during presale/crowdfunding/Initial Coin Offering/ Initial Dex offering

**Listing Rate**

Listing Rate is the rate at which users get your token when they purchase at the DEX. This listing rate only applies when the Presale ends and the token and funds get added to the liquidity pool of the Dex ([DxSale](https://dx.app/dxsale?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB) creates an exchange pair for you automatically - no coding or manually adding required!).

Once the funds are added, the market supply/demand for your token determines the price at which users can buy/sell at the DEX. If your token is bought heavily after listing - the price of the token will go up. This means that you will get less tokens for the same amount of native token. If the token is heavily sold after listing, the price of the token will go down. This means that you will get more tokens for the same amount of native token.&#x20;

**Soft Cap**

Soft cap / Soft capacity means the minimum amount of tokens that you will need to raise in order to consider the crowdsale/presale a success. Raising less than soft cap means you have failed the presale raise and the funds will automatically be back to the presale contributors and the custom token will be back to the presale creator.

**Hard Cap**

Hard cap / Hard capacity means the maximum amount of tokens that you can raise during the crowdsale/presale.

**Minimum and Maximum Contribution amount**

Minimum and maximum contribution amount is the range at which a buyer can fund your token during crowdsale/presale. If the contribution is too high, the UI will automatically block the buyer. If the contribution is too low, the UI will automatically block the buyer.

**Liquidity and DEX**

&#x20;This is the percentage of collected funds which gets send to the DEX on completion. The DEX section is where the liquidity will be added.

**Token Distribution**

In Token Distribution section you will see a diagram in percentage format! It will show how much tokens for Presale, how much tokens for Liquidity, how much tokens for Platform and how much tokens will be unlocked and burned!

**Presale Timings & Liquidity Unlock Time**

Presale Timing is an important step in the presale creation process. You must choose the timings carefully to ensure that your presale creation is going smoothly and also to give you ample timing to enable features that you want to enable or to create hype for your crowd funding. Liquidity Unlock Time must be minimum of 1 month from presale end time. This ensures that the liquidity pool token which acts like a “key” to the liquidity pool is safely locked. This makes it harder for bad players to pull liquidity from Dex and also ensures extra safety measures to your community.

**Project Information steps**

The project information step page looks like this where you can easily upload your Logo, Banner , Website, social links (youtube, github, X(twitter), discord, reddit etc.) as well as project description.

For reference you can see your Presale Card Preview options at the right side of your project information section.

This section is not enabled during this stage of presale creation and only available after you have created the presale listing.

Enabling white list gives you the ability to sell your tokens at presale to a set list of addresses instead of letting all of public to purchase. This is great for KYC control, private sale, or even as a marketing tactic. This feature ensures that certain buyers get priority. This feature can be disabled and re-enabled any time during a live presale.

**Review and Submit**

Review your presale and submit by clicking Start Presale and clicking confirm MetaMask to confirm transaction.

# FairLaunch Tutorial

Fairlaunch is a special type of presale/crowdfunding/ico without any hardcap or maximum amount specified for the raise. Fairlaunch contributors can contribute until the timer of the fairlaunch ends which is specified by the fairlaunch creator. Fairlaunch must raise up to minimum of soft capacity amount for it to be considered successful.

Vested Claim means limiting your fairlaunch buyers / contributors from getting the tokens they have bought during fairlaunch all at once. You can customize the amount of tokens they can get and when. This can be used to prevent instant dumping that can happen when your token has made it to the DEX. This feature is accessible after the fairlaunch has already been listed.

**Enabling Whitelist**

It is highly recommended to enable this and use this feature before fairlaunch starts!

# OverFlow Tutorial

OverFlow is a special type of presale/crowdfunding/ico with hard cap or maximum amount specified, however if the amount raised goes above hardcap, the tokens are then distributed equally and the remaining is refunded back. This type of presale causes a lot of buy pressure post launch.

This is an automatic overflow Information fill up system by our dapp. You can set your information here as per your hard cap. You need to click on Low cap Gem/Mid raise/Long term raise.

**Overflow Amount:** The amount of tokens you want to sell in this Overflow.

**Listing Amount:** The amount you want to list on the DEX after the overflow ends.

**Soft Cap:** Soft cap / Soft capacity means the minimum amount of tokens that you will need to raise in order to consider the crowdsale/presale a success. Raising less than soft cap means you have failed the presale raise and the funds will automatically be back to the presale contributors and the custom token will be back to the overflow creator.

**Minimum and Maximum Contribution amount**

Minimum and maximum contribution amount is the range at which a buyer can fund your token during the overflow. If the contribution is too high, the UI will automatically block the buyer. If the contribution is too low, the UI will automatically block the buyer.

**Overflow Timings & Liquidity Unlock Time**

Overflow Timing is an important step in the presale creation process. You must choose the timings carefully to ensure that your overflow creation is going smoothly and also to give you sample timing to enable features that you want to enable or to create hype for your crowd funding. Liquidity Unlock Time must be minimum of 1 month from overflow end time. This ensures that the liquidity pool token which acts like a “key” to the liquidity pool is safely locked. This makes it harder for bad players to pull liquidity from Dex and also ensures extra safety measures to your community.

**Project Information steps**

The project information step page looks like this where you can easily upload your Logo, Banner , Website, social links (youtube, github, X(twitter), discord, reddit etc.) as well as project description.

But the project has to deposit extra tokens for another reason.

Let's say the hardcap is 10 BNB and your affiliate earning is 10%, 100 tokens are for presale.

I buy 10 BNB, you get 1 BNB affiliate.

The sale now has 9 BNB raised but I get tokens for 10 BNB (all 100), meaning whoever buys the remaining 1 BNB now needs the extra tokens to be able to also claim.

A Private Sale is an exclusive pre-public token offering. Owners set a predetermined hardcap and softcap. Upon success, which is defined by reaching the softcap, the funds raised are directly provided

In private sale at DxSale, you can decide how much money to receive right away and how much of the money to vest. Vesting means you are spreading the money raised coming to you in a scheduled manner. \

For example, in the screenshot below, it shows 50% of the funds that was raised will be coming 10 times in total spreading every 10 days. If you've raised 100 eth in total, with this settings you will be getting 50 eth right away and the rest of the 50 eth will be vested. The vested 50 eth will be split like the following:

DxLock is the most popular locker decentralized app in the world across multiple chains.  Users can lock their tokens or liquidity pool tokens to give their community the peace of mind

Rapidly selling a large quantity of tokens can lead to price volatility, which can trigger panic selling and ultimately result in the downfall of a project and loss of investment. These schemes, known as "pump and dump" or "rug pull" are detrimental to building trust in a project. [DxSale's](https://dx.app/?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB) unique "[DxLock](https://dx.app/dxlock?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB)" feature allows creators to control the pace and quantity of token sales, providing reassurance to investors of their commitment to the project's long-term success. This feature also allows investors to use it as a hedge against fraud and a means to protect their investments.

#### How to navigate to DxLock <a href="#how-to-navigate-to-dxlock" id="how-to-navigate-to-dxlock"></a>

When you are on the home page of [https://dx.app/](https://dx.app/?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB) or [https://dxsale.app/](https://dxsale.app/?ref=raphaeldx\&chain=BNB) , you can have multiple ways to start using DxLock. The first way is to click the Create DxLock button on home page as shown below.

# Token Lock Tutorial

DxLock’s standard locker is the simplest way to lock your token under 2 minutes. To start using it, simply select Lock Tokens.

You can click any of the pre-minted tokens on DxMint to do this step or if you have a token that you have created already, simply copy and paste it on the text section.

Once you paste your address you will see the website showing you more options. You must choose the amount of tokens that you want to lock via DxLock. To select you can either put the amount of tokens via text box or use the slider to give a % based amount that you want to select for the lock.

Next is an optional token vesting feature, you can use it if you would like periodical withdraw instead of a full withdraw at the unlocking time. To read more about this please see the next subsection.

Next option is the calendar and timer for Unlock Time. Use the easy to use calendar feature to select the token unlock date.

Following are the optional options of Logo URL and Link to Your project. You can use these two to give an identity to your lock.

Once you click Lock Tokens, you will be greeted with Metamask Confirmation. Approve the tokens to lock, then press Confirm to confirm your lock. Of the tokens locked, 1% will be taken as fees, rest will be locked in the locker.\

**Token Vesting**

DxLock Token Vesting is an optional feature that you can use to periodically withdraw your tokens. To use this simply click Open Token Vesting Settings. Select the total number of withdrawals that you would like to do followed by the period. Click enable token vesting when ready.

**Managing Lockers**

There are few ways to navigate to your locker for managing the lock to withdraw tokens or change information regarding your locker.

The page where you can manage your locker is from your actual lock page that you can share with your community. Simply scroll to the bottom and select Manage your Locker. Only the wallet address associated with the locker can manage the locker.

# Fee Token

Fee token is a popular token type that auto yields and generates liquidity collected from anyone who buys and sells the token. This means that every time someone buys and sells a fee token, a fee is collected automatically and dispersed to the holders. A very popular token that utilized fee token model is called Safemoon (estimated all time high market cap of 14 billion usd)

**What is being collected?**

Reflection buy fee, Reflection Sell fee, Liquidity fee and Developer fee.

Reflection buy and sell fee are being collected to buy the tokens and redistributed to all the holders.

Liquidity fee is being collected to put on the liquidity of the token.

Developer fee is being collected by the developer team (in this case yourself) to do what ever you would like to do with that fee.

# Why is my transaction for starting presale failing?

Starting a presale should be quick and simple, but sometimes you may face challenges that are overlooked. This is a quick guide to help you make things smooth during creating presale

Follow this flow chart to figure out what to do in case transaction for starting your presale is failing. This chart is for basic use.

### Time error

You may get a pop up timer error or you may get an error during the final submission page of your presale creation. This is due to the time that you have chosen. There are cases where users start creating the presale 10 minutes prior to their preferred time; however, click submit after their preferred time that they've chosen on the first page. If this happens, you will get a transaction failure or error. Please choose a time that is half an hour or more so it gives you time to make decisions when choosing presale time.

### Wallet money amount&#x20;

You need to have at least fee + $50 worth of native coins for having a smooth transaction. One of the most common issues that users have faced is that their wallets lack the adequate funds for making the presale which causes transaction errors on metamask or similar wallets.


# Other: Way too large of token supply

Uniswap V2 has a limit on the maximum amount of Tokens in their liquidity. This will explain why you should be mindful of this

Due to Uniswap V2's limit (which is copied by most AMMs) , you will need to reduce the total supply of tokens. To make this possible, please ensure to reduce your decimals if you want to go with a token with a very big supply.

# Where Does my Liquidity Go?

Our system adds your liquidity to the given SwapPlatform when you press the Button FINALIZE at the end of a successful presale.

**Testnets:**

* BSCTestnet = PancakeV1

**We got no way to block or unlock locked liquidity on our platform, our lockers are not in our control.**\

**If you lock, for example, 70% of your liquidity you will get the remaining amount of BNB/ETH/... 30% to the wallet of the initator of the presale.**


# Softcap / Hardcap

*SoftCap and HardCap are the two steps you need to achieve in order to list your project.*

**If you reach the Softcap, but not the Hardcap, and the timer of your SALE runs out, you have to call finalize within 48 hours.**

* ️Tokens which are not sold stay in the contract (burnt)
* **Finalize will initiate the listing on the DEX and lock the LPs in our locker**
* ️People can now claim their contributions in Tokens
* ️The % you set for the LP Pool will go to the pool, the rest will go to your wallet.
* ️You also get the possibility to cancel the sale by yourself.

**If you reach the Hardcap you have to finalize within 48 hours.**

* All the Tokens are available for claiming
* The % of Liquidity goes to the pool, **the rest goes to your wallet**!
* **Finalize will initiate the listing on the DEX and lock the LPs in our locker**
* You also got the possibility to cancel the sale by yourself,

**If you don't reach Softcap/Hardcap and your timer runs out, press "CANCEL":**

* Makes all funds claimable again to the people who contributed
* You will need a new wallet for a new presale.


# I Can't Finalize My Presale

**Finalize can be called within 48hours when your presale is within 1 minimum contribution amount of the hardcap or when the timer runs out.**

*Your BNBs then gets sent to the connected DEX for creating the Pool for your Liquidity, the rest % of the BNBs gets send to the Presale Initator wallet. So - 75% Pancake --> 25% BNBs to your wallet.*

**If you are having issues with finalizing: go through this checklist to see if you did everything correctly:**

1. I excluded the two addresses given in the SALE panel from the fees of my contract.
2. I did set all fees to "0"
3. If I got a Safemoon function clone, I did set the function "**SwapAndLiquify**" to "**false**"
4. I did set the **MaxTransactionAmmount** to *100% of my supply.*
5. I don't have any Transaction limitations on my contract enabled
6. I got the **right router address** in my source
7. **Now you should be able to finalize and can set your fees and function as wished.**

**Logos need to be image URLS that end in .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif file extensions.**\

# More than one Presale?

## Can I do two presales with the same Contract?

This feature is not yet available, you can only do one presale for one Contract.

**But with the WHITELIST you can combine a Private Sale and a Public Sale :)**

You cant launch a PRESALE if you already got liquidity added to a DEX.

For a new Presale you'll need a new Wallet.

**What is a Wallet?**

A Cryptocurrency Wallet is where your private and your public key is stored. This enables you to send and receive Cryptocurrency. Your private key is the password used to send crypto and your public key is used as your address for others to send crypto to. With those two features combined your wallet is also where your cryptocurrency is stored.

**Important Note:** Never share your Private Key! Your Public Key can be compared to your email address. Other people will use it to send you crypto. Your Private Key on the other hand is the password you use to access your crypto. If somebody can attain your Private Key, they will have access to all your crypto, and in most cases use it to send it somewhere else.

To use our services you need to have a Software Wallet like Metamask or TokenPocket. Once you have enough funds stored in your wallet just connect it to our app and you’re ready to use all of our features.

**What is a launchpad?**

A Crypto Launchpad is a platform that allows blockchain-based projects to raise capital while giving early investors access to tokens at a bargain price.
